The Genelec 8340A SAM™ 6.5" Powered Studio Monitor is a high-precision nearfield speaker designed for professional studio environments where clarity, accuracy, and adaptability are essential. Part of Genelec’s Smart Active Monitoring (SAM) series, the 8340A features a 6.5" woofer and a 3/4" metal dome tweeter, powered by dedicated Class D amplifiers. Together, they deliver a frequency response of 38 Hz to 22 kHz with exceptional detail, minimal distortion, and reliable low-end performance, even in untreated or challenging acoustic spaces.
