At A Glance
The AVID Digidesign DSI (Digital Stage Input) card adds eight channels of digital input to a VENUE Stage Rack, bringing AES/EBU and ADAT sources straight into your D-Show or Profile system. Connect through four two-channel AES/EBU XLR inputs or a single ADAT optical port, with source selection handled in VENUE software and recalled with your show. Onboard sample rate conversion locks incoming feeds to the system clock automatically and can be bypassed when latency matters most. A BNC word clock output lets you sync external digital sources directly to VENUE. Install up to six cards for 48 digital inputs, which suits playback rigs, digital wireless receivers, outboard processors, and broadcast feeds.
